Terms and Conditions

Julie Baumeister Music Production

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Julie Production (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”) and its clients (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) concerning the provision of services in the field of music production.

Any terms and conditions provided by the Client are not valid unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Provider.

2. Services Provided

The Provider offers the following services:

Music production (e.g., arrangement, composition, instrumentals)
Vocal editing (pitch correction, timing)
Mixing & mastering
Individual consultation and support for music projects

The exact scope of services will be defined in the individual agreement or confirmation of the order.

3. Requests and Conclusion of Contract

Clients may request services via the contact form on the website, by email, or in writing.

A binding contract is concluded once the Provider confirms the request and the terms in writing.

There is no automatic entitlement to enter into a contract.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

All prices are individually agreed upon in advance.

Payment is usually divided into two installments: a 70% deposit payable in advance upon invoicing, and the remaining 30% after completion and final delivery of the services.

The Provider reserves the right to commence work or deliver final products only after receipt of the required payments.

Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are exclusive of VAT, as Nolaa Music S.L. is registered as a Spanish limited liability company (Sociedad Limitada) and subject to Spanish tax regulations.

5. Usage Rights and Copyright

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a simple, non-exclusive, worldwide, and unlimited license to use the final production for both personal and commercial purposes (e.g., Spotify release, YouTube, advertising).

The Provider reserves the right to be credited as the producer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Unless explicitly objected to before the start of the project, the Provider may use the final production for reference purposes (e.g., website, portfolio, or social media).

6. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, files (e.g., vocal recordings), approvals, and decisions in a timely manner.

Delays caused by late cooperation or missing materials may extend the delivery time accordingly.

7. Delivery and Revisions

Delivery timelines are set individually per project.

The client receives unlimited revision rounds until satisfied, as long as the feedback remains within the original creative direction and is communicated clearly and respectfully.

8. Cancellations and Withdrawal

A project is considered officially started once the 70% deposit has been received. Cancellations must be communicated in writing (e.g. via email).

The following terms apply:

If the project is canceled by the client after the deposit has been paid:

→ The deposit is non-refundable.

If the project is canceled by the client after final delivery (completion):

→ The full payment is still required.

In the unlikely event that Nolaa Music S.L. cancels the project for any reason:

→ All payments made by the client will be refunded in full.

9. Liability

The Provider is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded.

The Provider is not liable for the content or legal status of materials provided by the Client (e.g., samples, lyrics).

10. Data Protection

The Provider processes personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection laws.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.

Jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Provider, as far as legally permissible.

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
